This is really our first look at both the costume itself as well as Levi in the costume.
In terms of comparing to its specific costume form the comic, it definitely reminds us to new 52 look more than anything else. Specifically because Levi's cape does include the hood from that version of Shazam!

Even if you are not a fan, that suit definitely has a classic feel. it is very vibrant and does not have all that muscle padding compared to other heroes. All in all, it looks very faithful to the classic Shazam! costume.
There are already people who criticized DC for letting our first look at the character be a set photo. Usually the studios would have debuted a first look at officially before having a character on an open set.
We don't want to judge anything here because it is too early.
